Maree is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who believes that the food we eat should nourish our body, and support optimal health, performance, and longevity. Her role as our health and nutrition coach is to educate, inspire and support our community to create healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits – empowering them to be strong advocates for their own health, and partner with them in reaching their goals.
Through her own health journey, Maree experienced how food has the ability to heal and improve performance and that you have the power to choose what foods you eat and take control of your own health. Maree also places a high priority on daily movement, strength training and recovery practices to optimise body composition, look and feel healthy and strong and build and maintain muscle through ageing.
This journey led her to study and research deeper into functional health, movement and nutrition and qualify with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN New York), the Functional Nutrition Academy (Sunshine Coast) and become a qualified GAPS coach. As a qualified BASI Pilates Instructor, you will also find Maree teaching our Saturday morning pilates class.
