your goals, completing a movement screen and doing your measurements so you have a baseline starting point.

3 times a week you do a group workout, meet with our nutritionist and recharge in the bathhouse, tracking progress along the way.

3. review progress

At the end of the 6 weeks you do another screen, take measurement, review your progress and reset your goals for lasting success.

Small Group Training Class FAQ's

Our small group personal training sessions are capped at 12 people per session, to ensure the perfect balance between personal care and group energy.

We are located at 147 Musgrave Road, Red Hill, down the driveway. We have ample on site car parks clearly marked, and there is street parking available nearby.

Yes, our coaches are experts at supporting people with injuries to train in a way which is safe, accelerates rehabilitation, and keeps them progressing towards their goals, no matter the obstacle.

Many of our clients have improved their injury through targeted training.

Yes, each trainer works with everyone wherever they are at in their movement journey, and tailor each individual’s program accordingly to ensure the best workout and long term progress possible.

Regardless of your fitness level, you’ll be welcomed with open arms at Vikasati!

We provide both options, but lots of our members love the group session due to the value for money as well as the camaraderie. 

Small group training classes give you the best of both worlds. You get the environment and energy of group training, with the attention of a personal trainer, for less cost.

Each experienced trainer is very experienced at the movements themselves, as well as group training to get everyone involved with strong form.
