“I’m an active person who’s always on the go, whether it be through competitive sports such as rugby and athletics, training in the gym, or getting outside for some hiking and gardening.
I started learning the benefits of holistic training while looking to improve my competitive advantage. Through my own personal experiences, I have discovered the wide-ranging benefits of incorporating practices such as ice baths, sauna and breath work, like the Wim Hof Method, into my daily routine.
Over time, I found that incorporating these practices not only improved my physical performance but also had a positive impact on my mental and emotional states, whether it be the amazing feeling after getting out of an ice bath or some basic breathing to help me calm down in stressful situations.
