Yes, our sessions are capped to ensure optimal experience for everyone. To ensure you can get your preferred time, please book your Sanctuary session HERE.
Monday – Friday 6am-9pm
Saturday & Sunday 730am-9pm
The bathhouse is unisex and clothing must be worn at all times. Please bring comfortable swimwear for your session.
A clean and safe environment is our number one priority. We undertake regular cleaning of all the facilities and our integrated, state-of-the-art technology ensures all of our bathhouse facilities are operating optimally. We ask everyone shower before entering the pool and to use the towels we provide in the sauna.
We have a duty of care to all our members and our dedicated staff will chat with you to recommend what we think is suitable for your condition, before you use the facilities. This ensures your experience is specifically tailored to suit your needs and abilities and that your safety is paramount.

We are located at 147 Musgrave Road, Red Hill, down the driveway. We have ample on site car parks clearly marked, and there is street parking available nearby.

No, our ‘spa’ refers to our magnesium spas, not typical spa treatment or body treatments like massage or facials.
No, we don’t have a steam room. Instead, we’ve got one of the most impressive Finnish Rock Saunas in Australia! Fitting 24 people with 3 levels and a range of temperatures, we believe it is the most effective form of hot therapy.
In the spirit of wellness, our bathhouse is an alcohol-free area and doesn’t serve cocktails or any other alcoholic beverages.
