OPEN-AIR BATHHOUSE · OPENING SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER
The weekly reset that makes everything else possible.
The ice and cold plunges hit hard. The body fights, the mind follows, and then both steady. 5° in the ice bath, 14° in the plunge. The gasp is a reflex, not a warning. Vessels clamp down, blood moves to protect your core, and noradrenaline climbs to two or three times baseline. That’s the alertness that stays with you for hours, and why the soreness settles faster.
Heat is a positive stressor, and your body answers it. Vessels open, blood flow to the skin lifts, and the body starts producing heat shock proteins that help repair damaged cells. The long-term research links regular sauna use with better heart health and a longer life.
Contrast between the hot magnesium pool and cold plunges and your circulation works like a pump – vessels widening in the heat, narrowing in the cold, driving blood and oxygen through fatigued muscles and aching joints. Or stay in the hot pool, absorb the magnesium, and let gentle movement do the rest.
Hear from some of our Brisbane and Gold Coast members on how Vikasati helps them live well.
Modern life moves fast, and the cost shows up everywhere. In muscles that never fully release. In minds that won’t quiet. In sleep that doesn’t restore. In lives that feel disconnected from the people living them.
But the body remembers a slower rhythm.
It knows how to release, recover, and return to balance; it just needs the right conditions.
At Vikasati, we bring those elements back. Heat that releases. Cold that steadies. Water rich in minerals. Fresh air that helps you exhale again. These are the ways we’re meant to reset.
Step into a space built to work with you, not against you. Because when you give your body what it needs, everything else follows naturally.
