For $99 you’ll have 7 days access to The Sanctuary’s ice baths, hot and cold magnesium pools and Finnish sauna!

No, the challenge is for 7 consecutive days from the 22nd of January.
We offer bookings every 15 minutes during our opening hours which are:
Monday – Thursday 6am-8.30pm
Friday 6am-9pm
Saturday 8am-9pm
Sunday 8am-8.30pm
Yes! Freeze for 3 minutes and then you are welcome to use our finnish sauna, hot and cold magnesium pools.
Unfortunately not. As part of this special event, you will only have unlimited access to The Sanctuary during the 7 days. We understand if you can’t make it every day – there is still huge value to be had in coming as often as you can!
You will be supplied a towel and a locker during each session. Simply come with your swimmers and your preferred change of clothes for afterwards. You can also purchase sparkling or still water, coconut waters and electrolytes.
Yes. Come down the driveway of 147 Musgrave Road and you will see all our marked signs.
