Founders Ben and Will met in 2015 as trainers chasing performance, but what they found went far deeper. They hauled ice into bathtubs, built makeshift saunas, and spent time in nature learning what recovery really meant. They saw how heat and cold didn’t just restore the body, they recalibrated the mind. As life shifted from early careers to building families and businesses, those same rituals held steady. They became a way to stay connected, balanced, and in control when everything else was moving fast.
In 2022, they turned that practice into a place: Vikasati, an open-air bathhouse built around contrast and community. Now there are three, in Red Hill, Southport and Toowoomba, each one an elemental space designed to help people get back to what they already know deep down; that feeling good doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s instinctually human.
