Your commitment

In return, here's what we need from you.
Every session
  • Post an Instagram Story from your experience.
  • Tag @vikasati_ visibly so we can share it, and so your audience knows where you are and can click straight through to our page.
  • Prioritise photos and video of you and your guest in the elements - the sauna, the ice plunge, the pools, the deck - rather than bathroom selfies or shots of the facility, as beautiful as it is.
once a month
  • One in-feed post that's about Vikasati. This can be a Reel, carousel or single photo.
  • Posted as a collaboration with @vikasati_ so it lands on both our feeds.
  • This post needs to be predominantly about your experience at Vikasati. We love seeing day-in-the-life content featuring your sessions, but a quick snippet at the end of a video, or one photo in an otherwise unrelated carousel, doesn't count as your monthly post.

Before you start

What we expect
  • Represent Vikasati positively on and off site.
  • Be respectful to our team, our members and other guests.
  • Don't promote other bathhouses in your content.
  • Uphold and be an example for all Vikasati etiquette during your sessions.
  • When capturing content, be respectful of other guests. Don't interrupt their session, make them uncomfortable, or film or photograph them without consent.
Using your content
  • You give us permission to repost, share and use your content on our own platforms - socials, website, EDMs and other marketing materials, including paid advertising.
  • We will credit you wherever we can.
bookings
  • Bookings are required for all sessions. Book in advance via the app or website.
your guests
  • You're welcome to bring one guest with you for free, every visit. If you're bringing additional guests, they'll need to book and pay for a casual session, unless they have their own membership or package. When you book, message or call the team to let them know you're bringing a guest.
the term
  • Six months from the agreed start date.
  • Reviewed at the end of the term and extended by mutual agreement.
  • We'll always talk it through with you first, but we may pause or end the partnership if conduct sits outside our values or the commitments aren't being met.
